The Warranty
Every custom timepiece we assemble is rigorously tested for precision, durability, and aesthetic perfection before it leaves our facility. We stand behind our engineering. That is why every custom watch is backed by our 2 Years Craftsmanship Guarantee, starting from the date of delivery.
What Is Covered:
For 2Years post-delivery, we guarantee your timepiece against any manufacturing, mechanical, or assembly defects. This includes:
- Movement Malfunctions: Inaccuracies outside normal mechanical tolerances, stopping, or failure of the internal movement.
- Assembly Defects: Misaligned hands, loose indices, or improper fitting of the crystal, bezel, or case back.
If your watch experiences any of the above, we will repair or replace the defective components at zero cost to you, including return shipping.
What Is Not Covered (Exclusions):
Because each watch is custom-built to your exact specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for "buyer's remorse" or changes of mind once the assembly process has begun. The guarantee does not cover:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches on the case, bezel, crystal, or bracelet resulting from daily use.
- Accidental Damage: Dropping, impacts, magnetism, or subjecting the watch to extreme shock.
- Improper Use: Water damage resulting from an unsecured crown or exceeding the watch's stated ATM depth rating.
- Third-Party Modifications: Any opening of the case back or repairs performed by an unauthorized technician will immediately void this guarantee.
How to Initiate a Guarantee Claim:
- Document the Issue: Take a clear, high-resolution photo or short video demonstrating the defect.
- Contact Support: Email our warranty team at [Insert Support Email] with your Order Number and the visual evidence.
- RMA Issuance: If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
- Inspection and Repair: Once received, our watchmakers will inspect the timepiece. Repairs are typically completed within 7–14 business days.
