How do I customize my watch?
Choose your favorite case style, send us your dial design, and tell us what you want engraved on the case back. We will confirm all details before production.
How long does production take?
Our standard production time is 10-15 business days after design confirmation. We will do our best to finish it earlier.
How long is shipping?
Worldwide shipping usually takes 7–14 business days after your order is shipped.
Can I change my design after ordering?
You can change your design within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production has started and changes are no longer possible.
Are the watches waterproof?
Yes, our watches are designed with daily water resistance, suitable for daily use but not for swimming or diving.
Can I return my custom watch?
Since all watches are custom-made, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, we will send a tracking number to your email.
