Refund Policy

At YATSSO, all our watches are custom-made to your specifications, so we have a clear refund policy to ensure fairness for both parties.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are only available if your watch arrives defective, damaged, or with a manufacturing error (not related to customization choices).
-Customization mistakes caused by our team (e.g., wrong engraving, incorrect dial design) are eligible for a full refund or free rework.
-Refunds are not available for changes of mind, or customization mistakes caused by the customer (e.g., wrong information provided for engraving/dial design)

How to Request a Refund
1. Contact our support team at support@yatsso.com within 7 days of receiving your watch.
2. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the defect or error.
3. Our team will review your request within 24 hours and inform you of the next steps (refund or rework).
Refund Processing
-Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
-Shipping costs for returning defective watches are covered by YATSSO.
