By using yatsso.com and placing an order with YATSSO, you agree to the following terms of service.
Order Placement
-When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information (shipping address, contact details, customization requirements).
-We reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect or incomplete information.
Customization
-All customization requests are final once production begins. We will confirm your design before starting production to ensure accuracy.
-YATSSO is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong names, dates, or design files).
Payment
-All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners.
-Payment must be completed before we start production of your custom watch.
Shipping & Delivery
-We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are delivered to the provided shipping address.
-If your package is lost in transit, contact us at support@yatsso.com and we will assist with tracking.
Changes & Cancellations
-Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, we cannot cancel or modify orders (as production will have started).
