HOW DO I CREATE A CUSTOM WATCH?

Choose your watch, upload your photo, and preview how it looks on the dial before placing your order.

IS MY PHOTO KEPT PRIVATE?

Yes. Your preview is not retained as an order file unless you complete checkout. After checkout, your photo is saved with your order and used only to create your custom watch.

We never use your image in advertising, social media, or customer stories without your clear permission.

WILL I RECEIVE A DESIGN PROOF AFTER ORDERING?

The preview you see before checkout is the design used for your custom watch. We do not send a separate proof for every order.

If we believe your photo or layout needs attention, we may contact you using the email address provided with your order.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

Yes. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make the requested change before production begins.

After 24 hours, your custom watch may already be in production and changes cannot be guaranteed.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A CUSTOM WATCH?

Custom watches are typically completed within 7 business days after your order is placed.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

After your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 8–10 business days, depending on your destination and local delivery conditions.

CAN I RETURN A CUSTOM WATCH?

Because custom watches are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from your order details, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

CAN I USE A PHOTO I FOUND ONLINE?

Please upload only photos that you own or have permission to use. By submitting an image, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use it for your custom watch.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORIGINAL DESIGN ORDER?

Original design watches are typically prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE FOR ORIGINAL DESIGNS?

After your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 8–10 business days, depending on your destination and local delivery conditions.

CAN I RETURN AN ORIGINAL DESIGN WATCH?

Original design watches are not personalized. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for return eligibility and instructions.

ARE THE WATCHES WATER RESISTANT?

Please refer to the water-resistance rating listed on the individual product page. Water resistance does not mean the watch is suitable for swimming, diving, or hot water unless the product page specifically says so.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout.
