RETURNS & REFUNDS

OUR APPROACH

To keep the process fair and practical, we review eligible issues through clear photos or videos before asking customers to return an item.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. We do not accept unauthorized returns.

CUSTOM WATCHES

Custom watches are made specifically from your selected watch and uploaded image. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or refunds for a change of mind, personal preference, or an image provided by the customer.

However, if your custom watch arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the order details, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request clear photos or videos so we can review the issue.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, remake, partial refund, or full refund. In most eligible cases, a physical return will not be required.

ORIGINAL DESIGNS

Original design watches are not personalized. At this time, we do not offer routine returns for a change of mind after delivery due to international return shipping limitations.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund where appropriate.

HOW TO REQUEST HELP

Please email support@yatsso.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

1. Your order number
2. A clear description of the issue
3. Clear photos or videos showing the issue

We aim to review requests within 2 business days.

REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to change or cancel a custom order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, production may have started and changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
