A clear, well-lit photo will give you the best result. Choose an image where the faces or main subject are easy to see, and avoid blurry, dark or heavily cropped screenshots. Don’t worry if the photo isn’t perfectly sized—you can adjust the position and crop it in the preview.
Absolutely. Upload your photo, complete your personalization and tap Preview to see how your watch will look. You can adjust the design before adding it to your cart. Your uploaded photo is only saved after you place the order.
Your personalized watch is usually prepared within 3 business days. Once it ships, we’ll email you the tracking details. Delivery time depends on your location, and the latest estimated arrival dates are shown above the purchase buttons.
You can write your own message or choose one of our premade designs. If you select a premade design, simply enter the name you’d like us to use in place of YOUR NAME. Shorter messages usually look clearer on the case back, and you can check the layout in the preview before ordering.
We’re here to help. If your watch arrives damaged, the personalization doesn’t match your approved design, or the movement develops a fault, contact us with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue.
Every YATSSO watch includes 12-month movement replacement support. Because personalized watches are made specifically for you, we can’t accept returns for a change of mind, so please check your preview, names and spelling carefully before ordering.
